Description

Dark Rock | Autumn All Grain Bundle Pack | Autumn Equinox & Golden Promise

As the nights draw in and the leaves turn golden, it’s the perfect time to brew beers that capture the warmth and comfort of autumn. To celebrate the season, we’ve created our Autumn All Grain Bundle Pack — two limited edition recipes designed to be savoured by the fire, enjoyed with hearty meals, or shared on crisp autumn evenings. Each kit comes with the recommended yeast from Dark Rock Brewing, all at a special bundle price:

Golden Promise
Golden Promise is a limited edition seasonal all grain beer recipe kit built on a base of Thomas Fawcett Golden Promise Ale Malt. Light Crystal and Dextrin malts add warmth, body, and a hint of caramel sweetness, while British Olicana hops bring notes of citrus and stone fruit. Layers of American Krush and Idaho 7 add bursts of tropical fruit, pine, and resin, creating a rich, golden ale that balances comfort with vibrancy. Perfect for crisp evenings and nights by the fireside, Golden Promise is the perfect seasonal ale. This kit produces 40 pints at 4.6% ABV.

Autumn Equinox
Dark Rock Limited Edition Autumn Equinox is a fresh New England style hazy pale ale packed with hoppy fruit flavours. A light malty aroma and subtle malt flavours are provided by the addition of naked oats, and wheat malt. A tropical fruit zestiness punches through from Idaho 7, Citra, and Nectaron hops, to give a refreshing, clean final taste with a smooth creamy mouthfeel. This is an easy drinking, simple NEIPA to chill out with on a crisp clear day. This kit produces 40 pints at 5% ABV.

Brew them now and be ready to enjoy the changing season with two handcrafted beers that celebrate autumn in every glass.
