For cider makers that prefer liquid finings, Cider Clear is ideal. It is a blend of food-grade isinglass which is designed to achieve a consistent performance with fining homemade wines.

This product should be kept in a cool place at all times, preferably in a refrigerator, otherwise, it will denature.
